Adjust time left

Enter the total for all remaining agenda items combined. For example, 30 means 30 minutes across every item still left; fixed durations do not change.

Sound is optional and begins only after you enable it. A sleeping device may delay visual changes or sound.

How to keep an agenda within the time available

Add a title and minutes for each stage, then start. Agenda Clock moves between stages automatically. Use the time adjustment controls to redistribute the remaining time while preserving locked stages.

    1. Try an example agenda or enter your own stages.
    2. Lock any stage whose time must stay fixed, then check the total.
    3. Start, pause, or skip a stage as needed. Skipping is different from completing its allotted time.
    4. Save a template in this browser only when you want to reuse it, or export a local JSON file.

Will the alarm work if the device sleeps?

A sleeping device or background browser may delay visual changes and sound. Keep the device awake for a live session; do not use this tool for safety-critical alarms. Agenda text and exported files are not uploaded.

For printed session cards, use Print Sheet. Reviewed October 10, 2026 against the current tool.
